Migrant Help is a leading charity, established in 1963 that delivers a range of support and advice services to migrants across the UK.

Our vision is for a global society that protects migrants, treats them with respect and enables them to reach their full potential.

We provide independent advice and guidance to assist people seeking asylum in the UK,  supporting those most in need and least likely to find support elsewhere, whilst aiming to bridge community gaps and bring services and support together.

We provide support to those affected by displacement and exploitation, helping them thrive as individuals and recover from their trauma.

With 10 offices across the UK, we provide advice, guidance, and support to people seeking asylum, refugees, and victims of modern-day slavery and human trafficking.

We are now looking to expand our HR team and recruit a brand new role as our Head of Talent & Culture. Reporting into our Director of People and Culture, you will collaborate closely to create and deliver strategic workforce and development planning.

Working closely with our senior management team, you will identify and create a robust talent plan, for both current and future organisational needs.  Managing a team of three direct reports, this role requires an inclusive and collaborative leader to ensure the delivery and implementation of Migrant Help’s newly agreed 5-year strategy.

You will also lead on the overview of the employee lifecycle, including talent and succession planning, development of talent management, career pathway identification and interventions on organisational development. With a proactive mindset, you will also oversee the accreditation process, monitoring, and documenting progress to support Investors in People and Investors in Wellbeing and support making us a Great place to Work.

This role can be remote working with very occasional travel to one of our nationwide offices. CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.

We foster a culture in which equality, diversity and inclusion are recognised, valued and encouraged. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from, we match your skills with the needs of our organisation, as long as you share our values, vision and goals. We welcome applications from candidates regardless of their age, religion or belief, race, gender reassignment, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity.
