Your new role
You will be working in the talent team to help manage and the end-to-end recruitment.
Responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating CV's, scheduling interviews and developing the talent network.
Working with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to understand specific job objectives.
Be proactive in understanding new requirements in the consultancy through active collaboration with internal teams.
Post job descriptions on career websites and platforms
Utilising databases, social media and niche platforms to source candidates
Review CV's and screen candidates for specific roles
Manage and nurture our existing network
What you'll need to succeed
* You have proven experience as a working within an agency as a junior recruiter/researcher sourcing experienced software development professionals (main focus Java, Python, C++) (Essential) ideally with a background in professional services or energy or financial services.
* Experience of building and maintain a candidate network of experienced software development professionals through direct candidate attraction
* You have knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Have proven experience of resourcing/recruiting software development professionals
