Your new role
As Interim HR Shared Services Manager, you will manage the HR shared services team being responsible for day to day service delivery including query management, meeting SLAs, managing all transactional HR services and payroll reconciliation.
What you\'ll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a proven back in HR Operations or HR Shared services gained in a corporate environment where you will have managed a mid sized team. You will have experience of using Workday on a daily basis including running reports on Workday and you will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing payroll. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 12 month contract working from the London City office for 3 days per week, with a hybrid model you will have 2 days per week from home.
