A fantastic opportunity to join a public sector organisation who are currently in a large period of growth and are seeking a strong HR Officer, to join their growing team. Excellent opportunity for an organised, capable HR professional who is seeking longevity, exposure and career progression from their next role.
Your New Role
Within your new role as HR Officer, you will support with the delivery of a proactive, effective and efficient day-to-day HR service, undertaking a range of generalist HR activities.
Working closely with the HR Advisors, you will support with the operational HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, note-taking and system management whilst building trusted relationships and providing first line HR advice to staff across the organisation. You will also support the overall development and improvement of the HR service and organisation, shadowing and supporting with a range of HR Project work including process improvement, policy writing and organisational change, including multiple TUPE transfers and restructures.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate HR professional, with a strong knowledge of HR, who is keen to pursue a career in Human Resources and continue to grow their knowledge and skillset exploring all elements of HR in a generalist capacity.
It is key that the successful candidate must be fluid and flexible, have strong organisational and communication skills and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, managing multiple tasks.
