Your new company
Th UK's largest national charity within their sector. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team at a brand-new central Bath office that's dedicated to improving lives and creating a better tomorrow for everyone.

Your new role

* Working alongside the HR
* Helping prepare for our March audit review by ensuring our scanned files are formatted and filed correctly
* Sending out emails for e-learning mandatory training
* Salary letter preparation
* Supporting with ad-hoc admin including invoice processing and reference checks

What you\'ll need to succeed

* HR Administration experience preferred but not essential
* Able to get to central Bath
* Experience in administration
* Ability to work on own initiative and an excellent team player.
* Adaptable, resilient and measured in the face of changing goals.
* Interpersonal and communication skills and the
* Ability to communicate to individuals at all levels.
