Compensation Lead

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Reward Specialist with experience within a professional services or at least in a corporate environment, and with experience of a large-scale system delivery project or similar change initiative. This role will suit an experienced individual who has a strong process improvement background, with extensive compensation management experience. A confident and calm manner with an understanding of wider commercial drivers will be useful.

* Excellent Excel Skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Macros)
* Experience of VBA and SQL desirable or willingness to learn
* Experience of job evaluation, job matching and bonus framework design
* Experience of developing reporting requirements to capture complex reward information
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
