An Excellent HR Systems & Data Manager Job- 23 Month FTC, in a successful, positive, employee-engaging, government organisation, in Milton Keynes, who offer hybrid work, 3 days per week office-based, 2 days home working.

Your new role
As an HR Systems & Data Manager-23 Month FTC, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR Systems and reporting team.
Responsibilities will include:
Lead the digital transformation of HR services, working closely with the HR senior leadership team.
Managing the HR Systems and reporting team of 5 and managing monthly MI reporting and developing bespoke reports.
Undertake the role of product owner for all the HR modules within the Hera Oracle Cloud-based System.
Manage the HR system and third party providers to ensure HR Systems requirements are met, and HR data is available in a timely manner.
Understand the requirements of business leaders to drive changes and improvements to people\'s utilisation / experience and the implications of this in the wider business.
Oversee all testing of all new modules and upgrades prior to going live, to ensure a smooth transition.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Systems & Data Manager or HR Systems & Data Lead, who has a wealth of experience managing HR Systems and MI reporting.
You must have experience managing a small HR Systems and Data team.
You will ideally have experience of managing an Oracle HR System, ideally HR modules within the Hera Oracle Cloud-based system.
You must have highly developed analytical skills, using MS Excel and Power BI ideally.

Flexible working options are available. This is a hybrid role, based in Milton Keynes 3 days per week and home based 2 days per week, with flexible hours.
