Your new company
My client is a global organisation with an office located in the North East; Newcastle City Centre. They are on the search for an HR Systems Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis due to an internal promotion within the People Team. This role would be suitable for an HR Generalist who has moved across to Data & Analytics or an HR Systems professional looking for the next step within their career.

Your new role
Within your new role you will be involved in supporting on the implementation of a global system being incorporated into the organisation, supporting the Regional Systems lead.
Responsibilities include:

* Working closely with the Global People Systems team to implement changes and test the system.
* Ensuring the system is inline with their people strategy
* Day to day management of the system
* Being the main point of contact for the UKIEMEA of the system
* Providing support and guidance for users
* Creating training materials for the system

What you\'ll need to succeed

* Experience working with People systems
* Supported in the delivery and implementation of a system
* Understanding best practise & processes
* Strong influencing skills and able to build strong working relationships
