An award-winning, established professional services organisation seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis to join their growing HR team.
Your New Role
Within your new role you will support the organisation to nurture its existing people, reporting to the HR Director, working closely with the wider HR team, as well as the senior management team and various departments across the firm, building long-lasting relationships. You will be an ambitious HR professional and hold 2+ years\' experience, ideally as an advisor, who is keen to progress towards establishing an effective partnering approach with a defined internal client group. You will build effective, professional relationships to enable the provision of HR advice, guidance and support to individuals and people managers on a wide range of HR activity. (Probation, performance, appraisal, conduct, capability, grievance, sickness, health and wellbeing, people policies and processes ect). You will support the delivery of the HR teams\' objectives to add value and drive continuous improvement. Working effectively with the wider HR team, you will also support the delivery of HR\'s operation activities including, recruitment of experienced hires, review of performance, policy and process queries, maintenance of HRIS data and onboarding and induction of new starters. Also, assisting with annual activities/assessments such as investors in people, L&D provision and pay and performance review.
