Job Details

I am urgently seeking an Interim HR Manager for a period of 12 months for a charity with offices in central London and Bedfordshire. The role will involve travel to both offices 1 day per week each, with the remaining 3 days per week working from home. You must be a driver with your own car in order to access the Bedfordshire office as it is not served well by public transport. The salary scale will range from £40,000 to £50,841 per year depending upon experience.



Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will coach and manage the HR Advisers and focus on volume employee relations casework, investigations, being proactive using ER data and dashboards and policy development and implementation. Experience of working in a unionised environment would be beneficial.
