A rapidly growing and new company in the Tech space who are seeking a HR Specialist.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR Senior People Partner you will act as the HR Expert for the business in all areas of HR advice, ER, policy & procedure, employee lifecyle administration, L&D, Recruitment, compensation & benefits and projects.
You will also be involved in various HR projects as this new business grows in size and its HR offering.
Flexible working arrangements in the 37.5 hour working week are available. Hybrid working after training/probationary period is available.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Advisor / Professional with experience in generalist areas of HR.
If you have HR "start-up" experience or from the Tech industry - but this is not essential - a solid background in HR is more important.
CIPD Level 3 as a minimum or suitably equivalent experience.
HR systems experience - ideally improvements and reporting
