Your new role
Building the organisation\'s learning offering from the ground up, you will be responsible for:

* Leading on the development of a continuous learning plan for the organisation
* Conducting a training needs analysis
* Developing a management attributes framework
* Working with subject-matter experts to develop relevant training modules
* Where necessary, manage relationships with third-party providers

What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be an L&D or HR professional with experience in:

* Designing and delivering learning interventions and training
* Experience conducting training needs analysis
* Proven experience coordinating training and training events
