Working on a maternity cover for 9 months, you will operate as a HR Business Partner with an ER bias involving in restructure, redundancy and ER case management in the UKWhat you\'ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and will be fluent to conduct business in French. You will have experience of operating as a HR BP within a retail, leisure or hospitality business where you will be able to demonstrate managing a high volume of ER casework as well as managing change and transformation across EMEA ideally within France, Belgium and Switzerland. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 9 month contract working from the London office as required, usually a minimum of 1 day per week.
