Are you looking for your next career move in Learning & Development (L&D) with the opportunity to develop your skills and experience?

If so, my Local Authority client on the M40 Corridor is looking for an experienced L&D Consultant to join the established L&D function in a role focusing on the design of an innovative and fit for purpose L&D offering.

This is a great opportunity to work for a Councils who values its employees and residents they support.

Working as part of a dedicated and committed in-house team, your main remit with be the design and updating of training modules whilst supporting you colleagues with the delivery as and when. You will liaise with stakeholders, HR colleagues and 3rd party providers to ensure training needs are met and evaluated and you will support the creation of the annual training plan.

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of L&D design, a knowledge and understanding of budgeting and creating annual training plans. and have attention to detail and data analysis

The client is looking for Local Government or wider Public Sector experience and offer generous annual leave and hybrid working.
