Your New Role

A fantastic opportunity to join a public sector organisation, within the education sector, who are currently in a large period of growth and are seeking an experienced senior HR professional to join their growing team in this busy period, initially on an interim basis. An excellent opportunity for a capable HR Business Partner who has a strong generalist skill-set.

As HR Business Partner, you will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team and will be able to manage multiple responsibilities, working in a fluid manner. This will include:

* Process Improvement
* Recruitment Support
* Staff Engagement
* TUPE Support
* Relationship Building
* Complex ER Casework Support
* Project Support: System Implementation Support

The successful candidate must be able to operate at a senior level, in a fast-paced, changing environment, supporting with the establishment and management of a range of key HR functions.
