My client, a leading London-based Higher Education organisation now has fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join their growing HR function on a permanent basis.



Please note - this role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week working from the London offices.



In this newly created role of HR Systems Analyst you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR system and process solutions, to meet business requirements and align to the organisation's overarching Digital First strategy. Working as part of the HR Systems, Data and Reporting team, your role will include:



* Leading on the HR core HRIS (Midland iTrent) including Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Engagement systems, collaborating with internal partners and external suppliers to maintain and improve system functionality
* Acting as a subject matter expert for HR systems including configuration, APIs and data mapping, workflows, access management, bug fixes and query resolution
* Overseeing data entry, data cleansing, data import and export and ensuring data validation processes are designed and completed to maintain data quality and integrity
* Resolving data reporting and data integration issues and problems
* Developing, testing and implementing changes across the suite of HR systems



To be considered you will require:



* Previous experience of maintaining and developing HR Information Systems, ideally iTrent and Business Objects
* Previous experience within HR, process improvement/management, system management and project management
* Demonstrable understanding of transactional HR processes related to HR and payroll systems and processes
* Excellent attention to detail, with analytical and business process knowledge
* A working knowledge of system implementations and data migration projects
* Procedural knowledge regarding compliance with data protection legislation
* Previous experience gained within Higher Education and supporting HESA staff returns would be desirable
