I am delighted to be supporting an organisation on the recruitment of a Resourcing Partner to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role within their people function. The role is suitable for Talent Acquisition professionals who are looking to implement a Talent function and make the role their own!
An exciting opportunity for you to take the lead on all recruitment activities within this organisation and make them an employer of choice! The role does offer hybrid working, but every week will be different - you will be taking a lead on attending recruitment fairs, career and job fairs, attending schools to discuss apprenticeship options + much more.
Your new role
Within your new role, you will take the lead on the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
* Supporting the hiring managers on recruitment processed and procedures, providing advice and guidance
* Review the organisation\'s recruitment processes and improve the service
* Involved with the ATS implementation and updating the system accordingly
* Recruitment administration, right to work checks and onboarding
* Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Involved in driving the employer branding
* Developing and building a talent pipeline using various recruitment techniques (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Internal databases & networking)
* Working with the HR function
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be successful within this position, you must have experience in the following:
* Experience in a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role previously
* Able to build strong working relationships (internally & externally)
* Experience of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
* Experience networking / with excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
* Able to work individually or as part of a wider team
