This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Team in this new role as HR Business Partner (Projects)The role will include:

  • Providing HR support for a significant academic and research change management project within the school Offering support and advice to staff on HR related matters including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning and Development and Job Evaluation. Responsibility for managing the HR Advisor supporting the project.

The successful candidate will have proven experience, which will include working as a HR generalist at Business Partner level in a Higher Education Environment, building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders including Senior Management.  Experience of managing complex research and role reviews and projects, implanting outcomes, ideally in a Higher Education/Academic setting.  Please do refer to the JD and person Specification for more information.
