Job Details

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting a Change Management project in an organisational redesign. This project involves working as part of a project team of HR Managers to deliver a organisational wide redesign change project. You'll collaborate closely with our HR team, managers, and employees to ensure a smooth transition during this critical phase including supporing on all aspects of change management and consultations.
Key Responsibilities:

* Consultations:

* Supporting 1:1/ group feedback meetings with staff and managers, selection processes, documentation
* Facilitate individual and group consultations with affected employees.
* Address initial questions and concerns from employees.

* Collaboration:

* Work closely with the HR Manager to review and update HR policies.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on your expertise.


* Experience: Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with Organisational Change process including Restrucutres / redundancy processes and employee consultations.
* Skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

The offer
Interim contract on a contract for 5 months +
Hybrid / with site meeting in Eastleigh/Southampton
Full time, but possible to consider 4 days per week.
