An incredible opportunity to join a values-driven organisation within the education sector, who are currently seeking a motivated HR Advisor to join their expanding team.

A fantastic opportunity for a driven, passionate HR professional who has strong experience relating to low-level to complex ER Casework. This organisation seeks to develop their staff and ensure they have all the tools they need to be a success. With that in mind they are keen to support with CIPD qualifications and further CPD training.

Occasional Travel Required: Must be able to drive.

Your New Role

Within your new role as HR Advisor, as a key member of the HR team, you will support in the delivery of a high quality, professional and forward-thinking HR service to the staff and the organisation as a whole.

As HR Advisor, you will provide accurate advice to managers and senior leaders, also supporting with a range of HR initiatives including:

* Absense Management (short and long term).
* ER Casework - Disciplinaries, Grievances ect.
* HR/ER Project Work.
* Coaching Managers.
* Process Improvements.
* Relationship Building.

The successful candidate will be a driven, motivated HR professional with strong communication skills, who takes pride and is invested in their work.

What You Will Need

* Previous experience managing a caseload of absence.
* The ability to build relationships with staff at all levels.
* 2+ years' experience working within an internal HR team.
* Up-to-date knowledge of current Employment Law.
