Your new company
Working for a global and leading organisation.

Your new role
Based from the St Paul's flagship office, you will be the face of HR for your designated region. Reporting into the Head of HR and part of a wider HR team each covering a region and covering the full generalist remit to stakeholders, managers and employees. As well as the day to day role you will be required to lead and support on a range on upcoming projects including employee engagement, EDI initiatives and succession planning. You will also support with restructures, change and TUPE.
This is a busy and fast paced role and will requires a confident and experienced HR professional who is used to working with challenging stakeholders and able to push back where needed.

What you'll need to succeed
Excellent employment Law knowledge
Standalone or have proven experience of working autonomously and able to take accountability.
Have worked with change and restructures.
Experience of working with Ireland or managing TUPE process would be advantageous but not essential.
