A leading, global, Luxury Retail/Services company, based in Mayfair, with a headcount of 250 employees.

Your new role
An HR Assistant, reporting into the Head of HR who is standalone in her role currently. The main responsibilities will be leading recruitment, onboarding, and general HR and Office tasks. Additionally, working on Employee Relations, Benefits Administration and Training & Development. Looking for someone who has studied a Human Resources Degree at University or is CIPD qualified, with a keen interest to grow and develeop their career in HR (minimal experience required, opportunitires for training in role).

What you'll need to succeed

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* CIPD Qualified, or open to studying
* Previously worked in HR administration or related field desirable
* Stakeholder management and able to work with colleagues at all levels of the business
* Capability to work independently and take initiative
* Experience in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
