Interim HR and Learning Change Consultant - London Hybrid - outside of scope of IR35 - 6 month duration

Your new role
As Interim HR Change Lead, you will work on a market leading L&D change program delivering the implementation of the change to the organisation. You will partner with senior stakeholders in the business to ensure the new learning model and approach is implemented in the business including driving engagement, delivering briefing and facilitation sessions to increase uptake of the new learning business. You will create training materials, and other resources to support the change process as well as establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management activities and track progress.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a background gained in global matrix environments where they will have managed HR and L&D Change including implementing new processes and ways of working. You will have excellent stakeholder management and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you have experience of designing and facilitating change training sessions as well as developing change assets. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice, committing to a hybrid working pattern of 2-3 days per week from the London office for 6 months.
