Job Details

Seeking a HR Professional with TUPE experience for a 12 month contract based in Kent. The role reports into the HR Director and will work closely with the senior management team to ensure any workforce issues are identified and appropriate HR interventions are developed and implemented. Successful candidate must have experience of whole life cycle of TUPE out cases, up to and including the completion of. In addition to having a solid background and knowledge of HR practices, terms and conditions and current employment law. You will also bring an ability to build effective and trusting relationships.
