There is a possibility for these jobs to extend or to become permanent.
Your new role
As one of the HR Administrators, you will be responsible for:
* Provide first line support to people managers and employees on a variety of queries.
* Provide effective and efficient HR administration.
* Managing new starter contracts and the onboarding process.
* Managing the leavers 'off-boarding' process, including AL calculations.
* Administration for Employee Benefits to ensure that all employees are included, and details are recorded.
* Payroll Administration for Weekly and Monthly payments, working with site accountants and payroll provider to ensure deadlines are met.
* Liaise with the provider to resolve any payroll queries i.e. Tax, National Insurance, Pension and other Company Benefits.
* Ensuring compliance and governance in line with company policy and applicable legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 2 years' experience in HR and Payroll Administration, you will be a self-starter and someone who takes their own initiative. You will be confident with all aspects of the role outlined above. It is very advantageous if you are studying towards CIPD level 3.
