Job Details

Your new role

Responsible for managing all HR administration for the HR team and supporting the HR Manager and HR Advisors with day-to-day HR, recruitment and training matters. HR Administration will include maintaining up-to-date records for starters, leavers, making changes to payroll with amendments to contracts and variation to terms and providing administrative support to cyclical activities such as appraisals, par reviews and bonuses. You will also assist with recruitment by ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date, placing job adverts and assisting managers with the selection process, setting up interviews and providing successful offer letters to candidates. You will provide the team with data including weekly starters and leavers reports and producing adhoc reports for HR Manager and Managers.

Accuracy and attention to detail (essential)Ability to deal with personal data discretely and confidentially (essential)Good interpersonal skills (essential)1-2 years' experience in a similar HR focused role (essential)High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & GSuite (essential)Ability to use initiative and be proactive (essential)Degree level education (essential)
