Your new role
Supporting a law firm in London, you will be responsible for providing a full generalist HR Business Partnering remit which will involve change and transformation. You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and roll out a HR business plan and helps to meet business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner who has worked within a law firm and is used to working in a partnership environment. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to working 2 days per week from the London office in a hybrid manner.
