Employee Relations Manager (IR focused)

Employee Relations Specialist / Manager / Head of
ER specialist with extensive knowledge of industrial relations/unions.
I'm currently working with a large matrix business who are looking for a Head of Employee relations to join their international team, covering EMEA circa 30,000 headcount. This is a permanent role which is due to be live in 1 month, and looking for someone who can specialise in Industrial Relations within a Financially Regulated company. Due to a change programme in the team, this will be P&C.

* Understanding and relationships of unions within a private sector company
* Exposure to C-Suite level including -1 level
* Ability to appoint and influence EMEA works counsel
* Proactive approach to ER, strategic mitigation

You will need recent experience within a matrix or financial services firm, ideally leading a team. Salary will fall in line with market expectations, circa £80-120k DOE.
