The Role

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services and Finance you will be responsible for managing the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the human resources service and team. By providing sound and timely human resources advice you will support the business to achieve its goals and act as a critical friend. You will play a key role in co-ordinating the planning and delivery of the people parts of business change for a high performing organisation operating in a challenging and changing business environment.

About You

The successful candidate will be positive, resilient, and will have an enthusiasm for the work of DHI, your service, and your team. You will have a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Level 5 Associate Diploma or equivalent or be actively working towards this. You will be a good communicator who is adept at getting the best from your team, assessing risk and making informed judgements, planning and delivering well, and comfortable working with information technology.

The ideal candidate will have management experience in a service sector and be skilled at project and change management.
