The HR Dept offers a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals looking to start their own HR business in their local area.

Since 2002, we’ve been providing outsourced HR support to SMEs across the UK and now operate over 120 territories nationwide. With territories still available, we’re looking to help more HR professionals become their own boss and join our community of 60+ HR Dept business owners. 

To be successful, we don’t expect you to have experience of setting up and running your own business (that’s what we’re here for!). So, if you’ve never launched your own website, managed financial accounts or engaged in social media marketing, don’t let this put you off an initial conversation. Because our business model and unrivalled support, combined with your HR expertise will allow you to thrive in the set up and running of your own successful business.

Requirements

• Senior HR experience and/or CIPD qualified (Level 7 or equivalent)
