This well known, multisite business is looking to recruit an operational and project orientated HR Manager on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this diverse role, will see you drive the people agenda, lead on all HR focused projects, manage a team of (x6) People Advisors and, act as a 'true business partner' to stakeholders across your business area. Ensuring a culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and engaged.
We seek an experienced all round generalist HR Manager, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks alternative and innovative methods to guide and advise, whilst ensuring the business is understanding of different cultures, working practices and challenges.
Suitable applicants must possess the above characteristics, ideally gained from within a professional or financial services environment. You will be creative and pragmatic, possess a strong commercial acumen, have evidence of partnering to deliver business objectives and be a proven team leader. Strong IT acumen and MI reporting skills are also essential.
