The role:

The Talent & Resourcing Business Partner is a brand-new opportunity at Rugby Borough Council and it will allow the successful candidate to make the role their own, leading the strategic recruitment and resourcing priorities and delivering operationally.

Working with managers and HR Business Partners to provide recruitment & resourcing advice, providing innovative and effective resourcing solutions and implementing them to deliver high quality candidates. Lead on all aspects of the talent attraction and resourcing cycle across Rugby Borough Council Working closely with the Human Resources Manager and Leadership team to implement medium- and long-term resourcing solutions.
