Industrial Relations Manager (Part Time)
Interim: 3-year FTC
Day Rate: £475/day part time (2-3 days per week - Inside IR35).
Bridgewater N.B. This is a site-based role.

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this pioneering engineering business, to recruit a talented, resilient, and experienced Industrial Relations Manager on a part time basis. This role is interim for c3 years.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive culture of employee relations across the business, minimising disputes through proactive consultation, with the recognised trade unions. You will develop and manage the IR strategy and relevant polices and ensure compliance with all employment regulations.

Suitable applicants will possess significant industrial relations management experience, gained from unionised engineering / construction / manufacturing-type environments. A proven track record in large scale projects within regulated sectors, would be hugely beneficial.

It goes without saying you will have excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, are strategic and commercially focussed, with the gravitas, emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, to engage on at all levels. You must also be politically aware.

It is essential that you also possess a proven track record of successfully creating and managing progressive company and Trade Union relationships at a Local and Regional Level with strong negotiation and influencing skills.

N.B. Due to the nature of the project, this role will be office based onsite near Bridgewater and you will be required to complete 3 years of employment vetting and a health and safety test prior to starting.
