Job Title: HR Advisor

Salary: hourly rate upto 35k
Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid with 3 days in the office)
Contract: 12 months on a temporary basis

The role is to support the Frontline staff and requires the support of an experienced HR Generalist. The candidate must be CIPD Qualified with experience in all HR transactional processes and managing casework. Supporting the wider HR Team and the senior management team, the person must be able to work on their own initiative to provide a high level of HR support and advice to managers and employees.

The successful candidate must have HR generalist experience and be able to work 3 days from one of our 2 locations at Hemel Hempstead and then 2 days from home. Hours of work at typically 8.30am to 5.00pm with some flexibility depending on the needs of the business.
