Are you immediately available and looking for a role to see you through until August 2024?
My client is looking for a HR Officer to join their team who has experience as a generalist and in ED&I.
Your new role
You will be required to be on-site Monday to Friday in Carmarthen and will be responsible for the following:
* Lead on the development of the HR and ED&I procedures.
* Ensure that training is provided for line managers on the application of HR and ED&I procedures to reflect current procedural guidance.
* Reviewing the HR departments procedural guidance documents and toolkits to ensure they were branded and comply with quality assurance.
* Co-ordinate the inclusive workforce's group activities and develop action plans to take forward.
* Monitor performance and progress against the strategic equity plan and other inclusion plans.
* Collate and analyse ED&I performance data, reporting on trends and identifying areas of improvement.
* Provide advice and guidance to managers on adjustments in the workplace and any general HR queries.
* Contribute to the departments wider recruitment tasks such as selection and interviewing.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be CIPD qualified and willing to attend the office 5 days per week. You will have excellent communication and inclusivity skills.
What you'll get in return
The organisation are offering £15 per hour with the contract being until August with the possibility of extension.
