Your new company
I am working with a meaningful organisation to find an interim People Advisor for an 8 week contract.

Your new role
This is a generalist role where you will support employees across the lifecycle, support on ER matters (sickness, disciplinaries, grievances and absences), assist with recruitment and staff wellbeing. You will conduct exit interviews and assist with the interview process when required.
My client embraces hybrid working and flexibility, this will be a great role for someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up! They would also look at someone on 4 days per week. They have parking available with extra parking nearby and it is very commutable from the station.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous HR experience is essential and be able to start quickly. This role will interview w/c 20th with a view to start on the 28th.

What you'll get in return
c£35,000 paid on either a hourly or daily rate.
Hybrid working (3 days in office).
