Job Details

* Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
* Qualification Criteria: Determine qualification criteria for candidates based on job requirements.
* Recruitment Strategies: Develop effective recruitment strategies, focusing on internal talent.
* Sourcing Techniques: Utilise both online and offline sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
* Interview and Evaluation: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong cultural fit.
* Employee Development: Advocate for employee growth and professional development.


* Recruitment Experience: In-depth experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
* Internal Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with internal recruitment practices.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and employees.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to align recruitment efforts with long-term company objectives.
* Cultural Fit Assessment: Assess candidates' fit within our company culture.
