Job Details

Are you a West Midlands based HR, Learning or OD Advisor/Manager looking for a new project focused interim assignment?

Do you have Public Sector experience? Or experience of working in a large Unionised environment?

If so, please get in touch regarding the following role:

Day rates, inside of IR35 for up to 12 Months.

Senior HR Projects:

* Previous experience writing or reviewing job descriptions
* Previous training or OD experience and OD knowledge
* Job evaluation experience or knowledge preferred
* Able to lead workshops with managers, directors, employees and unions and complete an agreed job description/person specification
* Able to lead workshops leading to the completion the Job Description Questionnaire
* Able to update an Excel tracker, review management information, forecast workshop numbers
* Contribute to writing template documents, briefing documents and training materials
* Able to manage the performance of their allocated HR Project Support Officer and Business Support Officer
* Able to interrogate systems and liaise with people to resolve complex queries
* Familiar with project management methodologies and governance
