Job Analysts/Evaluation Specialists Urgently Needed

My large Healthcare client is looking for experienced Job Evaluations specialists to join the team to support the delivery of a large programme of re-evalution and alignment system wide.

Candidates must have experience as below:

* Advanced understanding of Job Evaluation processes
* Delivery of Job Evaluation interviews and workshops, deal with queries and manage challenges
* Evaluate benchmark, non-benchmark roles, common roles and roles arising out of service redesigns
* Work with job holders, managers and directors to ensure equal pay principles are followed
* Quality assure completed Job Description Questionnaires and JDPS's
* Contribute to the development of templates, briefing documents and training materials
* Develop and refine moderation/technical checks
* Provide training/briefing sessions to all staff as required
