The role

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will have full ownership of the L&D agenda. You will be responsible for the design, implementation and continous improvement of the Groups’s learning and development initiatives in support of our vision and objectives. The role encompasses strategic planning with day-to-day operational management. The successful candidate will be confident at using digital platforms and tools to design and execute learning programmes

About you

What you’ll need to be a success

-Strong technical skills including proficiency with LMS Platforms, e-learning authoring tools and data analysis software.
-Strong commerciality with ability to think strategically and independently.
-Confident communicator, able to clearly articulate ideas and engage a range of audiences.
-Flexible attitude and readiness to adapt swiftly to change
Strong project management skills – capable of navigating complexity, ambiguity, and manage multiple competing priorities.

Location of role

This role is an on-site role, based in our Burnley office but local travel is required.
