Job Details

I am currently seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor for a renowned charity, in a fully remote role paying a salary in the range of £35,000 to £37,000 per year. This is a full time position from 1st July 2024 to 31st March 2025 initially.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will: -

* Act as first point of contact for designated Directorates, advising managers on all HR and people-related issues
* Build the confidence and capability of line managers through advice, guidance, constructive challenge and support
* Take lead responsibility for delivery of key HR projects as agreed with Head of HR
* Support the Head of HR as required on key people initiatives
* Actively participate in the development of the new HR team, helping to position it as a trusted advisor at Relate

This is an important role within the organisation and the HR team as you will contribute to the deliverables of the HR team and the wider organisation as part of your role.
