Job Details

Your new role
Reporting to the Site Director, you'll have a lot of autonomy and influence. The successful candidate must be able to evidence a strong track record of influencing through data, turning problems into opportunities and successfully navigating the 'grey areas' in a fast-paced manufacturing organisation.

Partnering with the Directorate, you'll lead a small HR team and be responsible for shaping and delivering HR programmes to complement the overall business strategy. With a deep understanding of the people metrics that drive a successful manufacturing business, you'll be a critical friend, coaching and supporting at all levels.

What you'll need to succeed
The role will suit a commercial business partner with solid experience gained in a manufacturing environment.
You'll be a true HR generalist with a broad toolkit, be a natural leader and have excellent interpersonal skills. CIPD qualified or equivalent, you'll have solid employment law knowledge and a track record of operating at a strategic level whilst evidencing a genuine appetite for operational rigour.

You easily build trust amongst colleagues and enjoy developing others. Experience in leading organisational re-design will also be key.

What you'll get in return
With an exciting landscape of change, growth and transformation, there is lots of opportunity for personal growth and long-term career prospects.

The package includes a competitive bonus, PMI, a generous holiday entitlement and a good pension. This is a full-time role and offers hybrid working - Norfolk/Cambridgeshire.
