Your new company
You will be working as an HR Business Partner, for a Government Organisation based in the square mile of London (City), and will work on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract (until January 2025), on a salary of £51,530 per annum. The role is full time, Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week. You will work 2 days per week in the office, moving to 3 days in September.

This role will provide essential BAU support to your business directorate, while helping to guide the organisation through a period of change. This is a highly visible role, with full exposure to the senior management team of the department(s) you support, so the ability to build credibility through solid working relationships and influence is a must. You'll be a true HR generalist with the ability to act in a strategic capacity. You'll also be resilient with strong skills to support restructuring, change management, TUPE and complex employee relations casework.Key responsibilities will include working with service managers, including the senior management team, to plan all aspects of their departmental HR resourcing, working in partnership with managers to improve business performance and applying professional judgement on employment relations issues operating within best practice and organisational policy to manage risk effectively.What you'll need to succeed
The role will start ASAP, so please only apply if you are immediately available, or can start within 1 week's notice. You must be an experienced, generalist HR Business Partner who has worked within complex, public sector organisations, such as Local Authority or NHS.
