MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruiter an Interim HR Manager, for an initial 3 month period.

The organisation is going through a restructure and they are looking someone to join them to support them through this process.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a key contact point for complex HR and payroll queries Review and sign off FOI requests
  • Support the BP and project team with HR related queries and actions relating to the recruitment and redeployment phase of the reorganisation Data Management Inbox Triage & general queries Assist BP's with 1:1's at Stage 2B and seeking redeployment with external partners. Ensuring the establishment report / ESR is up to date following the completion of the Op Model work & all information is saved correctly. EDI Data Reporting at the end of the Op Model programme of work

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience of working as a HR Advisor/Manager, ideally within the NHS. Experience of working on restructures and redundancy programmes would be a distinct advantage.

This role will be predominantly remote and they are looking for someone to start within the next 1-2 weeks, so you must be available at short notice.
