We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Head of Organisation Development and Staff Development.
In this senior management position within the Culture Hub, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the OD and SD teams.
Your role will be pivotal in designing and implementing frameworks that align with UAL's strategic objectives, fostering a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and excellence.
You will lead initiatives to improve performance management, staff wellbeing, and employee engagement, ensuring that our policies and practices reflect UAL's commitment to social purpose and diversity.

About you
We are looking for a highly experienced and accredited OD/SD professional with a deep commitment to diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism. You should have a strong track record of developing and implementing strategic OD and SD plans within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Your ability to inspire and coach others, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, will be crucial in this role. You will bring significant experience in leading large projects, managing budgets, and fostering collaborative relationships.
A passion for continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in the field is essential.
