This non-profit organisation is the collective rights licencing body within the UK, representing both content users and copyright owners.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director and joining a collaborative team of 3, this role will provide essential HR support to their workforce of circa 100. Key responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day management of the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, policy advice, responding to HR queries, people data
* Lead on ER cases including performance, sickness, disciplinary/grievance (low volume)
* Support the HR Director with various HR projects including pay & grading, reviewing and updating performance procedures, implementing a new code of conduct
* Take ownership of the organisation's recently implemented HR system (IntelliHR), ensuring it is fit for purpose and being maximised
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have worked as an HR Advisor within the public sector, having been responsible for the full employee lifecycle, and be able to demonstrate a breadth of HR experience and knowledge.
