HR Advisor

Your new company
You will work as an HR Advisor, on an FTC basis, until January 2025. Salary for the role is £41,000-46,000 per annum and the role will start immediately.

Your new role
This contract role will provide essential ER support to your business directorate, as well as supporting on ad hoc HR projects.Key details of the position are as follows:

* 6 month FTC (until end of January 2025)
* £41,000 - £46,000 per annum
* Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office, moving to 3 days onsite in September

Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you will support a client group of 400-500 employees, with all HR queries such as;

* End to end caseload management of 6-7 complex ER cases at one time, from investigation to escalation, across disciplinaries, performance, sickness, grievance etc
* Coaching and upskilling managers
* Advising and processing of settlement agreements

To be considered for this role you will have worked as an HR Advisor within the public sector, with extensive complex ER experience.
