Working for a travel company
Your new role Due to a recent TUPE transfer within a travel business, it will see the head count go from 20 - c60 and as a result, they are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to manage the process and ensure a smooth transition as they merge. Duties will include:
* Update and review policies & procedures
* Manage employee relations & employee engagement
* Ensuring HRIS is UpToDate with all new employees and that contracts are updated
* Align compensation & benefits
This is a newly created role which has been managed by finance and will require an experience HR Manager who ideally has experience of working in a scale up business in a standalone capacity.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a start-up environment.
Have TUPE/Merger experience
CIPD L5 (or equivalent)
