Job Details
As an HR Manager, you will lead the HR provision busy site in Portsmouth, with a broad HR generalist remit to include.
* Coaching and supporting managers
* Handling employer relations case work.
* Reviewing and developing new policies.
* Support ongoing restructure and guidance
* HR data reporting
* Appraisal process
* Management Training
* Recruitment Support to ensure key recruitment activities and head count requirements
* Workforce planning and reviewing recruitment needs vs the demand.
Candidates
* Were seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner with a broad HR generalist background working ideally in complex environments with unions
* Experienced across all aspects of HR including Employer Relations, Policy, Coaching Managers, Recruitment,
* CIPD Level 5
* Motivated and proactive with excellent communications skills to engage with senior leaders
Offer
* Initial 3 months temporary contract to start asap
* Based on site with some scope for 1-2 days from home depending on cover
* £50,000 + Benefits pro rata
* Full time
