We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a winning personality to join our People Services Team and provide a superb learning and engagement experience for our colleagues across the business.

The Role
- Develop a learning and development plan that will address learning and development needs across our business.
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, working to consistently to evaluate learning needs.
- Develop internal communications with the aim of ensuring widespread awareness of learning and development activity.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of arranging learning initiatives including scheduling, sending communication and invitations, creating the learning materials, and ensuring that all relevant resources are available.
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions to introduce new colleague to our culture, purpose, and values.
- Build, manage and maintain our internal content library outside of and within our learning hub.
- Develop a colleague engagement plan to provide regular engagement opportunities.
- Deliver regular initiatives to improve the colleague experience
- Coordinate communication via our colleague forum.
- Develop and deliver initiatives that improve our colleague experience.
- Maintain up-to-date learner records.
Your Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A warm and creative personality, with a real passion for learning and colleague engagement.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages.
- Confident with the ability to build a rapport and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using communications tools and learning management platforms.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Proven experience in developing, facilitating/delivering training.
- Previous experience in developing colleague engagement programmes.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A suitable qualification in training, coaching, or HR is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
